Rows of solar panels on red soil under a clear sky

Development management

Development run under contract.

Not every owner wants a joint vehicle. Where you want the capability and intend to keep the asset, we embed a senior team into yours and run the work that gets a project to financial close.

What we run

The same people who take a position run the work.

Project leadership and stakeholders

Senior development leadership, and the accountable interface to government, financiers, approvers and community. This function owns the integrated programme and the critical path. Without it the workstreams run in silos and the interfaces are nobody's job.

Commercial and procurement

Procurement strategy, contract structuring and negotiation across construction, operations, grid and fuel, security packages, cross-contract risk allocation, and a cost plan a lender will accept.

Execution and interface

The master schedule, interface resolution, lender due diligence coordination, cost control, and a structured handover into delivery.

What you get

A decision-ready package: a matrix mapping every contractual interface, a consolidated risk allocation, an investment-grade model, a connection path with dates attached, independent technical assurance, and a readiness summary that states plainly where the project stands against a lender test.

How it is priced.

A management services fee against an agreed scope, with a share deferred to financial close where it suits both sides. We set the structure per engagement, because a peaker with a turbine slot and a solar project waiting on a connection offer are not the same problem.

Who this suits.

An owner with a credible project and no in-house development function. A sponsor whose team is technical and needs the commercial side run. A balance sheet that intends to hold the asset and wants somebody accountable for getting it to financial close.
