Where we hold a development position.
Altra Energy SA
A renewable energy development platform focused on South Australia. We provide development management, commercial structuring and capital capability, and we hold a direct interest in the platform. altraenergy.com.au
Origination pipeline
We originate our own positions in corridors with funded, dated transmission build. Sites under negotiation are not published, because a development position is worth less once the corridor is crowded. If you are assessing a partnership or an investment, we will take you through it directly.

Standalone battery storage, 200 MW and 400 MWh
We led the equity and debt process, running investor and lender workstreams in parallel. A$80m of equity and A$280m of senior project finance raised. The project has a long-term land lease, a connection to an ElectraNet-operated substation, and an investment-grade offtake.
Alternatives to landfill, more than 30 MW
We led a regional local government authority through the commercial structuring of a large-scale energy recovery facility, ran the competitive market engagement, and negotiated the development framework agreement with a global developer.
Sustainable aviation fuel
We assessed readiness across delivery, commercial and financial workstreams for Renewable Developments Australia, identified the structural gaps ahead of a capital raise, and set the strategy to take the project to strategic and financial investors.
Deep-water export port, approximately A$500m
We led consortium formation, development strategy and the approvals pathway, managed engagement across government, community and regulators, and led the commercial structuring through the development phase.

Solar, wind and storage is what the firm develops now. What the principals bring to it is the part that does not change with the technology: land and approvals, the grid connection process, the contract structure, and the capital.
