Andrew Newman
Development strategy, capital and major commercial relationships
Andrew leads the commercial and investment strategy across Clearview’s development portfolio, bringing together project partners, capital and delivery counterparties. He focuses on the major commercial decisions that determine how projects are structured, funded and ultimately delivered.
Andre Koncewicz
Project finance, investment and commercial structuring
Andre leads the financial and investment work across the portfolio, from development feasibility and project economics through capital structuring, financing and transactions. He works alongside the development team to make sure projects are commercially viable and capable of attracting capital.
Monty Denton
Origination, commercialisation and development leadership
Monty leads project origination and commercial development, working across land, strategic partnerships, offtake and development capital. His focus is identifying opportunities and bringing together the relationships and commercial arrangements required to turn them into projects.
Lucas Driver
Development transactions, capital and commercial execution
Lucas leads complex commercial and financing workstreams as projects mature, including investment cases, offtake, capital raising, transaction structuring and negotiations. He works across the development portfolio to move projects from development into an investable and financeable position.
Saul Maserow
Development execution and project controls
Saul works across the day-to-day development of projects, coordinating commercial, financial and development workstreams and maintaining the models, budgets, programmes and analysis that underpin project decisions. He keeps projects moving from early feasibility through development and investment.

Alongside the development team we hold standing arrangements with senior specialists who take direct roles on our projects. They are brought onto a development where their sector is the one that decides it, and they carry accountability for their part of it.

Originated, financed and constructed the 228MW Lal Lal Wind Farms, including Australia’s first proxy revenue swap wind structure. Led the diligence and valuation of a 100MW data centre developer in north-west Sydney.
Will MacDonald
Data centre development
Co-founder and director of a developer delivering a hyperscale campus of more than 320MW in Melbourne’s north. Seventeen years at Macquarie Capital across principal investment, mergers and acquisitions, and project development.
Clearview Developments and Clearview Advisory.
The two businesses were founded by the same principals and do different things. Advisory is paid for its advice and holds no position in the work. Developments originates and develops projects it has an interest in, and brings the capital partners who fund them.
