We hold a development position in some projects, co-develop others with landowners and partners, and lead development under mandate where an owner retains the project. The role is named on each.
Altra Energy SA
A large-scale renewable energy platform across South Australia, developed alongside Alternate Path. Six applications covering 9.3GW of new generation have been submitted under the state renewable energy framework. Clearview leads development, commercialisation and capital. altraenergy.com.au
Confidential Canberra data centre
An 84.5 hectare sovereign data centre precinct adjacent to key Commonwealth and defence infrastructure, with development approval progressed. Clearview leads development across power, planning, commercialisation and capital.
Origination pipeline
Renewable energy opportunities originated around land, grid and demand, with Clearview establishing and progressing the development position. Sites under negotiation are not published, because a development position is worth less once the corridor is crowded.

Energy and renewables
- Star of the South offshore wind
- 2,200MW in the Gippsland Offshore Feasibility Zone, Australia’s most advanced offshore wind project. Commercial lead on the portfolio, including the offtake term sheet taken to availability structure agreement with the Victorian Government.
- Lal Lal Wind Farms
- 228MW, Victoria. Originated, financed and constructed, including Australia’s first proxy revenue swap wind structure.
- Energy portfolio acquisition
- Approximately 1GW of operating wind, BESS development assets and gas-fired generation. Transaction lead through to close.
- Green iron, Upper Spencer Gulf
- Consortium formation and bid strategy for the South Australian Government’s Green Iron expression of interest.
- Port Bonython Hydrogen Hub
- Commercial adviser to government on common-user infrastructure at the precinct.
- Hydrogen Jobs Plan
- Commercial adviser to Epic Energy through a competitive ECI process, leading the Master Agreement negotiation with government.
- SA Government big battery
- 100MW / 129MWh grid-connected storage, South Australia. Co-sponsor of the bid.

- Cleanaway energy-from-waste portfolio
- $3bn national portfolio. Development and financing strategy.
- Kwinana Energy Recovery Project
- Waste supply agreement. Commercial principles, risk allocation and agreement structure for a first-of-kind Australian facility.
- East Rockingham Resource Recovery Facility
- Western Australia. Non-executive director alongside John Laing, Masdar, Tribe and Hitachi Zosen Inova.
- Energy-from-waste facility, Victoria
- Confidential. Development management from cap licence award to a developer-ready and transaction-ready position.
- Alternatives to landfill
- More than 30MW, South Australia. Competitive market engagement and a development framework agreement negotiated with a global developer.
- Sustainable aviation fuel
- Charters Towers, Queensland. Readiness assessment and capital raise strategy for Renewable Developments Australia.
Development and infrastructure
- Digital infrastructure platform, Victoria
- Strategic and commercial adviser to the founders of a platform pursuing hyperscale data centre and energy-enabled precinct development. Capital partner process run across more than 40 institutional, strategic and private capital relationships.
- Confidential data centre, Victoria
- 780MW across three contiguous titles. Capital raise, transaction process and development de-risking.
- Cape Hardy export port
- Approximately A$500m deep-water multi-commodity port, Eyre Peninsula. Project director through the development phase.
- Northern Water Supply
- South Australia. Market soundings and delivery strategy.
- Mackenzie Valley Fibre Link
- Approximately 1,200km. Canada’s first telecommunications public-private partnership, taken to financial close.
- Iona Island wastewater treatment plant
- $5bn, Metro Vancouver. Independent procurement adviser.
- Taltson hydroelectric expansion
- 60MW, Northwest Territories, with direct Indigenous equity.
